96-Well segmented plates maintain all benefits of 96 well semi-skirted PCR plate, also add extra flexibility. This kind of plates allow for the most flexible, efficient and cost-effective use of a PCR plate, which can be quickly and easily divided along the perforations between the rows. They also avoid the costly use of half-empty plates or the fiddly separation of plates with scissors. Segmented plate can be sealed with strip caps or sealing film.
